Vocational Education in Business Application Procedures Training Held
A “Vocational Education in Business Application Procedures Training” was held for the students of the Logistics Program at Balıkesir University Bigadiç Vocational School on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 14:20 in Amphitheater 2. The training was delivered by Dr. Ümit Yılmaz and Lecturer Hüseyin Özsoy.
Within the scope of the training, the Vocational Education in Business process—implemented in Vocational Schools and commonly known as the 3+1 model—was explained in detail. Students were provided with comprehensive information regarding the objectives and benefits of vocational education in business, the application procedures, required documents, and the implementation schedule.
In addition, in line with the Balıkesir University Vocational Education in Business Directive, the procedures for completing and submitting documents such as contracts, letters of commitment, student acceptance forms, entitlement certificates, daily activity reports, attendance tracking forms, and evaluation forms were explained through practical examples. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of using a formal and professional language when preparing reports during the vocational education process.
The training concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session with active student participation. The event was considered a productive informational activity, contributing significantly to students’ ability to carry out the vocational education in business process accurately and effectively.
