Online Course Selection Briefing Held for Logistics Program Students

An online information session on course registration and selection processes for the students of Balıkesir University Bigadiç Vocational School Logistics Program was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via MS Teams.

The session, moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ümit Yılmaz, Head of the Department of Management and Organization, provided students with detailed information on the course registration calendar, the procedures to be carried out through the system, and the points to be considered during course selection.

With high student participation, the event particularly emphasized the impact of elective courses on career planning and the importance of consulting academic advisors in course selection. Participants made the session interactive by raising their questions.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Ümit Yılmaz highlighted that such briefing sessions contribute to students managing their academic processes more consciously, and underlined the benefit of consulting their advisors especially during the course selection period. The program concluded with a Q&A session.
